しかし、甘いものがほしい。しかも、アイスクリームが食べたい。どうしよう。作るしかないよね ☆



フローズンバナナとココナッツミルク、ココアを合わせるだけで、味見したらこれはそのままパクパク食べちゃいそうになり、危ない危ない! クリーミーで美味しいよこれ! でも、アイスクリームが目的で、タッパーを冷凍庫へ。


翌日出して、アイスクリーム用のスプーンですくって見たら、しっかり凍って硬い! で、30〜40分外で置いておくことに。掬えそうな状態まで待機。


待っててよかった! これは美味しいわー。バナナチョコアイスクリーム、本当にアイスクリームらしい。というか、アイスクリームだよこれ。言わなかったら市販ではないことがばれないよ。何よりヘルシー ☆

バナナチョコ アイスクリーム

  • 300g フローズンバナナ
  • 1カップ ココナッツミルク
  • 1/2カップ ココアパウダー
  • チョコチップ 好みで


  1. バナナは皮をむき、切り、硬くなるまで冷凍。
  2. フローズンバナナ、ココナッツミルク、ココアパウダーをミキサーに入れてボタンを押す。クリーミーになるまで1〜2分回す。
  3. 出来上がったらタッパーに入れて冷凍。好みでチョコチップを振りかけてもよい。
  4. 2時間たったら食べれるけど、それ以上冷凍するとしっかり固まるので食べる30〜40分前を目安に冷凍庫から出し常温。

I was craving for ice-cream much and some time ago I saw few really interesting recipes of ice-cream without using ice-cream maker (which I don’t have). Pure magic I would say! And here is the time to try it out!

As I proceeded with making my ice-cream and blended frozen banana, coconut milk and cocoa powder, I decided to test the flavor and oh let me tell you, this gorgeous substance is perfectly fine and complete even without freezing it! It took me a lot of self-discipline not to finish it all before it even makes to fridge.

The ice-cream should be ready in a couple of hours but I left it in freezer overnight so it froze too good to scoop it. 30-40 minutes at room temperature did its job so after a little bit of waiting I finally could enjoy my Choco Banana Ice-cream!

Chocolate Banana Ice-cream

  • 300g frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • chocolate chips if desired


  1. Peel bananas, cut it and put in freezer to freeze completely.
  2. Take out frozen bananas, put it in mixer with coconut milk and cocoa powder and blend until creamy.
  3. Sprinkle with chocolate chips (optional) and put into freezer in freezer-friendly tupperware.
  4. If you leave it in freezer for more than 2 hrs, be ready to wait for sometime unfreezing your ice-cream a bit, as it will get really hard after staying in freezer overnight like mine did.

This recipe is super easy and oh so tasty you will never guess this is not an ice-cream from supermarket or whatnot! I guess I won’t be buying ice-cream much anymore haha. Eager to experiment with different flavors etc!
