ロシアでは、イチゴは基本夏にしか食べられないもので、子供の時は夏はその理由で大好きだった。別荘を持っていて、そこで母がイチゴを作っていて朝早くイチゴ狩りコソコソ行くのが楽しみだった。口の周りが赤くなってそれで大体バレていたけどね 笑

日本は12月からイチゴ季節キックオフ。で、数ヶ月ずっとイチゴ。ロシア人のわたしのとってそれは奇跡に近いもの。冬にイチゴ?!? 持ってこい持ってこい 笑







イチゴ プロテイン スムージー

  • 1カップ イチゴ
  • 2/3カップ アーモンドミルク
  • 2/3カップ 氷
  • 3個 ベビーバナナ
  • 大さじ2 プロテインパウダー
  • 小さじ1 シナモン
  • 3個 イチゴ 飾り付け用


  1. ミキサーボールへー全ての食材を入れてミキサーにかける。
  2. 二杯分なので、飾り付け用のイチゴを刻んで中にコップの中に入れたり、上から載せたりして完成。




When I was a little Russian girl, I loved summer because it’s berries season and only in summer I could eat strawberries. And gosh I love strawberries! We had a summer house where my mother had strawberries and I remember waking up early in the morning just to sneak into little strawberry field and pick some of those huge gorgeous things just to stuff my mouth with them immediately. Mom was quick on figuring out as my mouth was all re around haha.

Anyway, when I moved to Japan and saw strawberries in supermarkets in December it was close to a miracle for me. And each year it’s still a miracle haha. I try to eat as much as I can so when the season ends I am so fed up with strawberries I can’t even look at them.

Strawberries are good even without doing anything to them, but I love smoothies out of all the options. Fresh strawberries blend with everything, and if it’s a protein smoothie you won’t have to call me twice! I am on it!

Here is my version of quick and healthy dairy free smoothie:

Strawberry Protein Smoothie 

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 2/3 cup ice
  • 3 baby bananas
  • 2 scoops protein powder (mine was chocolate flavor)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 more strawberries to decorate (optional)


  1. Put all the ingredient in mixer and blend!
  2. It makes 2 servings so one optional strawberry for a serving plus chop one strawberry to put inside smoothie! Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Two servings? Nope I drank it all, just me and my protein strawberry delight!
