Healthy Dairy-Free Ice Cream ヘルシー 乳製品フリーアイスクリーム

アイスクリームは大好き。 夏でも冬でもいつでも食べれる。


ここで、前やったレシピを少し変えて、食材2つでできちゃうアイスクリームをやろう。しかもアイスクリームメーカーなしでね。 内はアイスクリームラバーなのにそういうのがなぜかない 笑





ヘルシー 乳製品フリー アイスクリーム (ラズベリー と チョコチップ 味)


  • 400g フローズンバナナ
  • 1缶 ココナッツミルク
  • 小さじ1 バニラエッセンス
  • 適量 チョコチップ
  • 60g フローズン ラズベリー


  1. バナナはカットし冷凍しておく。
  2. ミキサーボールにフローズンバナナ、ココナッツミルクとバニラエッセンスを入れてボタンを押す。完全にクリーミーになるまで時間はかかる。
  3. 出来上がったアイスクリームを2つタッパーに分けて、片方はチョコチップを加えて混ぜて完成。もう片方は、ミキサーボールでフローズンラズベリーを加えてまったミキサーにかける。
  4. 出来上がったアイスクリームはタッパーで冷凍。




 It is summer already, and it is hot, and of course it is ice cream time! For me personally ice cream time is all year round thought hehe

But when you are on diet or somewhat like that (me calling it “mindful eating”), ice cream is tough. All those fats and carbs and calories. There is a healthier way out, without milk or eggs or sugars. I did it last summer and I am so doing it again. 

Basically you need just 2 ingredients – bananas and coconut milk. I won’t say it’s dietary stuff as it is still carbs and all, but compared to refined sugar – oh it does make difference.

Other than that – anything is cool. You can play with flavors and add vanilla, other frozen berries and fruits, cocoa powder, crushed cookies and chocolate chips – anything you love in ice cream!

Healthy Dairy-Free Ice Cream (Raspberry and Chocochip flavors)

4 portions

  • 400g frozen bananas 
  • 1 can coconut milk. 
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 
  • Chocolate chips 
  • 60g frozen raspberries 


  1. Cut bananas and freeze them.
  2. Put frozen bananas, coconut milk and vanilla essence into mixer bowl and blend until creamy. It takes some time. 
  3. Divide into two halves (as we are doing two flavors). For one half – just stir in chocolate chips and put into Tupperware into freezer. As for raspberry flavor, return other half into mixer bowl and add frozen raspberries and blend until creamy again. Put into Tupperware and freeze.

 What can be more simple yet so good!? This ice cream is not so soft when taken out from freezer so take it out at least  10 minutes before serving!
