Cocoa Rum Mugcake ココア ラム マグケーキ

 ココア ラム マグケーキ


  • 1個 卵白
  • 1/4カップ アーモンドミルク
  • 1/4カップ オートミール粉
  • 大さじ1 ココアパウダー
  • 小さじ1 ベーキングパウダー
  • 小さじ1/2 タンサン
  • 小さじ1 メープルシロップ
  • 小さじ1/2 バニラエッセンス
  • 小さじ1/2 ラム
  • 1パック ステビア (1g)
  • アーモンドフレーク、チョコチップ ひとかけ、好みでもっと入れてもいい


  1. ボールにすべての食材を入れて混ぜ合わせる。
  2. マグカップへ流し移す。ケーキが電子レンジでほぼ1,5倍上がるのでたっぷり入れないこと。
  3. 電子レンジで800Wで1分半。
  4. 少し冷めたほうが一番美味しい。





   Wow it is like several months since I posted recipe here, poor blog of mine! Busy summer it was, with spending 2 months in mother Russia and seeing Little Caterpillar finally walk on his own feet (phew really!). I even applied to driving school to get a license, and the days pass by so quick it’s scary haha.

Not that I didn’t cook or bake anything! I did. But somehow it just didn’t make it here and I am pretty much ashamed of my blog neglecting.

Let’s talk about yesterday. We were at home all day as some typhoon hit us, and all three of us are sneezing and coughing because of silly cold. Being grounded was sad, so I tried to think of something delicious and mouthwatering, chocolate and indulgent AND healthy at the same time. AND taking 3 minutes max to cook. That s some task, right?

Mug cake. Mug cake is my savior when it comes to quick treats. And the thing is, you can put literally anything there, avoiding gluten, sugar and fats. Sounds like a fairytale to me but it is so true.

This time I decided to make chocolate flavor mug cake and put some rum inside! Oh, alcohol in desserts, you are truly a wonder! I don’t drink at all except for rare glass of wine once a year. But when it comes to desserts, I am all on it! Tiramisu is like the whole another dessert when you take wine or rum (or what you use) out of it! Alcohol brings a moist and texture, losing its flavor during baking, and that is another part I love about it!

Cocoa Rum Mug Cake

1 serving

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp rum
  • 1 pack of stevia (1g)
  • almond flakes, chocolate chips to taste


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour into mug cup ( should be almost twice as deep because otherwise mug cake will run away).
  3. Microwave at 800w for app one and a half minute.
  4. Tastes best being slightly cooled.
